Over 95% of our manufactured gears are made on-site in our bespoke machine shop. We also carry out General Turning and Milling when required for our customers. SERVICES
Humberside Gears have been in the gear manufacturing industry for over 30 years and have our own 'in house' machine shop using an extremely wide variety of Materials, Machinary and Tooling.
Our client base are predominantly involved in areas of production for the Food, Print, Automotive, Packaging and Lamination industries.
We manufactured gears from materials such as; Aluminum, Bronze, Cast iron, Steels (EN8, EN24, EN36), Plastics (Delrin, Nylon, Acetal), Tufnol and Stainless Steel.
Gears are wheels with teeth that when turned in conjunction with other gears will create a kinetic turning force.
A Worm Wheel is a type of gear that engages with a Worm.
Helical gears are similar to spur gears except that their teeth are cut at an angle to the hole
This is a process where parts are cut with a milling cutter or lathe to make them smooth and accurate
We manufacture Rollers out of, Aluminum, Mild steel and Stainless steel. (Including grinding rubber rollers).
